We’re looking to expand our team! As a new team member you would provide IT services and support to businesses on St. Maarten and other islands in the Caribbean. Please read through the requirements for our available positions below.

Positions Available:

Software Support Technician

Your day-to-day activities would include providing support in the form of training, customization, creating reports, documentation, diagnosing, and solving a broad range of software related issues for our customers. You would be expected to use your troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills to find the most ideal solutions to customer issues, prevent them from recurring, and to find ways to constantly improve our support processes.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft operating systems & software

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn, use, and troubleshoot retail software and related hardware

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Self-motivated and career-oriented

  • Strong written, telephone, and personal communication skills

  • A valid driver’s license and must have own transportation

  • Professional attitude, team player, and strong work ethic

  • Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in a computer or IT related field

  • At least 6 months working experience with the requirements listed above

  • Understanding of LAN/WAN networks

  • Understanding of Point of Sale software

  • Understanding of fundamentals of programming Languages

  • Understanding of databases and Knowledge of SQL Server

  • Understanding of retail environments and operations

  • Understanding of accounting principles

  • Experience with help desk procedures, customer service, and retail operations

 

ICT Technician/Systems Administrator

We are looking for a motivated new member to join our technical support team with proven knowledge and experience to better serve our business customers.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft operating systems, networking & software

  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new products and services

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Self-motivated and career-oriented

  • Strong written, telephone, and personal communication skills

  • A valid driver’s license and must have own transportation

  • Professional attitude, team player, and strong work ethic

  • Flexibility to work after hours and on weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or 4-year degree in computer science or IT related field

  • At least 6 months working experience with the requirements listed above

  • Experience with help desk procedures and customer service

  • Experience in PC/Server hardware diagnosis, repair and deployment

  • Experience in Installation and troubleshooting of IP networking hardware

  • Experience in Microsoft Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2012- 2019, Hyper-V

  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory Services

  • Experience in management of Microsoft Office 365

  • Experience in management of LAN/WAN networks and DNS
